Colonial Seafood was started by a former dishwasher of an infamous honkytonk by the same name, showcasing blues music legends and frequented by outlaws and locals.
Larry Hinkle (former dishwasher) describes the band’s sound as,
“power ukulele-driven Americana”.
The band jams with “the catch of the day”, featuring tasty players caught by the Rappahannock River in Fredericksburg VA.
Larry has a passion for ukuleles, and his experience in woodworking led to Hinkle Ukulele, his boutique ukulele business of handmade instruments.
Colonial Seafood will perform at CBB as a duo, with ukulele and guitar.
