Thank you for visiting Visit Colonial Beach for publicizing your event. Your event may be appropriate and approved for our calendars after review. Please review the requirements before submitting:
- Must take place in Colonial Beach
- Must include a high-resolution, horizontal image, containing a little text as possible
- Fundraisers and events at schools or places of worship are not permitted as they are more geared towards a local audience.
If your submission meets these criteria, please fill out the fields below and allow up to 2-3 business days for Visit Colonial Beach to review your submission and consider publishing your listing. Your listing will not automatically be added to the calendar once you click “Submit Event”. All events go through a review process and Visit Colonial Beach retains the right to decide which events are the right fit for the calendar. You will be notified if your submission is approved or not.
Please note: This form is only for your event to be listed on the Visit Colonial Beach Tourism site. Event organizers still need to go through the proper special event permit process with the Town of Colonial Beach.
