CBVA’s very own Colonial Beach Brewing is one of 5 local craft brewers participating in Stratford Hall’s Beer & Blacksmithing Event!

Experience the sights and sounds of the art of the forge. Bring the family to view blacksmithing through the centuries in action on the Oval at Stratford Hall. From pre-colonial methods to naval blacksmithing, the utilitarian and decorative process will be on display all day as 6 different blacksmiths make an assortment of iron products.

Complementing the blacksmiths will be the art of brewing as offered by local craft breweries. Take advantage of this opportunity to sample 5 local craft breweries of the Northern Neck of Virginia right at Stratford Hall. Breweries will begin pouring by 11 am, last call is 4:30 pm.

The event will also feature food truck vendors, children’s activities, and free Great House tours all day.

Admission price:
· Ages 6 & under: FREE
· Ages 7-18: $15
· Ages 18 & over: $20

Wristbands will be given to all guests 21 and over to denote drinking preference.
