Thank you for visiting Visit Colonial Beach for publicizing your event. Your event may be appropriate and approved for our calendars after review. There is no cost. This is a free service. Please review the requirements before submitting:

All events must take place in Colonial Beach.
Must contain the event title, date & time, business name, address, contact number, website (if any), cost (if any), & a brief event synopsis.
Do not add repetitive events for longer than 12 months (weekly or monthly).
Pictures are optional (400px x 400px) max size.
Your listing will automatically be added for review after you click “Submit Event”.
All events will go through a review process and VisitCBVA retains the right to decide which events are the right fit for the calendar.
Allow up to 2-3 business days for VisitCBVA to review & approve your submission

Terms of Submission

1. Be Clear and Accurate: Double-check your event details (date, time, venue, etc.) before submitting to avoid confusion.

2. Follow the Theme: Make sure your event fits the overall theme of the website and calendar. For example, don't submit events that happen in areas not in Colonial Beach. 

3. Avoid Self-Promotion: Refrain from using the event description for excessive self-promotion or marketing unless the event is relevant and sponsored by the site. 

4. Adhere to Content Guidelines: Events with inappropriate content, offensive language, or illegal activities will not be approved. 

5. Respect Image Size/Formatting Rules: Ensure your event images are sized properly and follow the calendar’s formatting requirements.
