The Annual Lighted Holiday Boat Parade, hosted by Colonial Yacht Club, features boats of all sizes decked out for the season, sailing down the Potomac River in formation.

Lights twinkle, horns blow, all to enchant viewers on Town Pier and the beachfront. Everyone…kids and kids-at-heart…delight in this festive kick-off of the holiday season.

The parade beings at approximately 5 pm at Marker 2 and returns to Colonial Beach Yacht Center on Monroe Bay for hot soup to warm the chilled spirits! The top 3 lighted boats will be awarded at Dockside Restaurant and Tiki Bar following the parade.

Participation forms are available at Colonial Beach Yacht Center. Don’t winterize your boat until you’ve participated in this parade! Bring your friends and their boats!
