In a recent article “10 Secret East Coast Beach Vacations“, Family Vacation Critic, a subsidiary of TripAdvisor, named Colonial Beach, Virginia, #4 on the list and listed Riverview Inn as the Recommended Hotel.
Author Amanda Norcross described the Town as a “hidden gem” and noted that CBVA features the second longest sand beach in the state, calm waves, festivals, nearby parks and Chesapeake Bay Virginia Wine Country.
