Jane Sullivan spent her summers in Colonial Beach and loved the town. She continued to come down for annual visits even after the family home on Lincoln was sold. Because of her rheumatoid arthritis, her hands were slightly deformed. Summers spent on the beach, she would often stick her hands in the sand and say “Look Sandy Claws is here,” her her the nickname. Her love of beer, and her daughter’s rosemary garden, makes this beer a fitting release in her honor.
