On Monday Colonial Beach brewing head brewer Casey made a short trip over to neighboring Snead’s Farm. He picked up some delicious fresh Raspberries and then had the crazy notion to add them to an American Wheat ale. He took over 25 pounds and threw it in the mash tun, threw it in the boil kettle, basically he put them anywhere he could put them to bring out amazing fresh raspberry smells all throughout the brewery!!!
