Join Vicki for an exciting two day workshop where you will learn how to create dynamic paintings of water. Vicki will lead students through all the stages of the painting process with demonstrations of how to create rich compositions painting alla prima (wet on wet), intensify vibrant colors relationships, and utilize critiques to improve artwork. Water can be on e the most challenging subjects to paint, but with Vicki’s guidance, you will learn how to capture the magic of this reflective and transparent subject.

Some painting/drawing experience is desirable, but Vicki has over a decade of teaching experience, and is comfortable working with students at all levels. Each student will receive individual attention to help improve their painting techniques and confidence by rendering images from a photograph of their choice into a successful painting.
