3 Dimensional Mosaics Class

This two-night workshop will teach you the basics of working with glass mosaic tiles. You will first be sculpting onto a 12†square wooden surface using paper mache clay. Once dried, you will then apply the mosaic tiles.
All supplies for both sessions including board, sculpting material, mosaics, grout, tools and other supplies are provided. Please be prepared with an image that can be sculpted on a 12†x 12†board. To ensure the ability to complete the project in two nights, it is advisable to keep the image relatively simple. Also, although a wide variety of colored mosaics will be provided, please be prepared to be flexible if the exact color you have in mind is not available. Also, the colors of grout supplied will be limited.
