All Day: Local radio station WWER will be presenting a special 4th of July radio show to put you in the holiday spirit!

Special 4th of July-themed Trivia at The Tides Inn Market!
Celebrate the 4th of July at the home of the only brothers who signed the Declaration of Independence: Stratford Hall.
9:00 pm-9:30 pm: Spectacular Independence Day Fireworks display!
Colonial Beach Brewing is celebrating their second anniversary each day with live music and new releases. And, they are partnering with The Fraternal Order of Eagles to support cancer research.
Dockside Restaurant & Tiki Bar is billing itself Party Headquarters–and there is definitely plenty of fun activities and live music planned for the holiday weekend! Personal favorite: Luau Show with Hula & Fire Dancers!
Local campgrounds are getting in on the action, too! The Roadducks will be performing at Monroe Bay Campground, and Harbor View Marina will also feature live music.
Beachfront High Tides on the Potomac and The Black Pearl Tiki Bar will have live music all weekend long.
Ice hockey fan? Celebrate the partnership between Washington Capitals player John Carlson and Ledo’s Pizza with 74¢ 8″ Cheese Pizzas!
Like wine? Like popcorn? Then you’re going to LOVE the Wine & Popcorn event at nearby Ingleside Plantation Winery, a member of the Chesapeake Bay Wine Trail, and Northern Neck Popcorn Bag. The winery is also hosting Acoustic Sunday Blues & BBQ, as part of its Summer Music Series.
Ain’t no messin’ around during the inaugural music & motorsports festival, Thunderground, at Colonial Beach Dragway, featuring live performances from hip hop hitmakers such as Project Pat, Paul Wall and many more!
